Elise Jacobs is a registered nurse and entrepreneur with a passion for workforce development and healthcare education. Through RxReady Learning Institute, her mission is to create accessible, career-focused training opportunities that prepare students for meaningful advancement in healthcare. RxReady Learning Institute is designed to support the projected demand for Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) professionals throughout Northeast Ohio. She is dedicated to empowering the next generation of healthcare heroes through rigorous, hands-on training in the Cleveland, Akron, and surrounding areas.
Meet THE Instructor
Lesley Lavalais-Jacobs, MSN, RN, AMB-BC
Lesley Lavalais-Jacobs, MSN, RN, AMB-BC is a Registered Nurse with more than 30 years of healthcare experience spanning ambulatory care, case management, public health, mental health, military healthcare, veteran-centered care, and nursing leadership. Lesley currently holds a Master of Science in Nursing Education.
As a nurse educator, Lesley is passionate about developing educational programs that promote medication safety, caregiver support, professional growth, and holistic well-being. Her work blends clinical expertise with a compassionate, human-centered approach to healing and education.
Through her writings, and educational initiatives, Lesley strives to help others feel seen, supported, empowered, and gently reminded that healing matters for caregivers too.
